We collect only what we need to deliver your order: your name, phone number, address, and email if you give one.

We never see your card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure page.

We do not sell or share your information. Ask us any time and we will delete it.

Cookies

A few essential cookies keep the site working — your shopping bag, whether you're signed in, and your consent choice itself. These are set no matter what you choose, since the site cannot function without them.

With your consent, we also use a cookie of our own to see which pages are visited (nothing more, and never sold or shared), and Meta Pixel, so we can tell whether an Instagram or Facebook ad actually led to a sale. Choose "Necessary only" on the banner and neither of these runs.

Terms

Korai Studio Private Limited sells the pieces listed on this site. Prices include GST.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received, or on confirmation for cash on delivery.

Colours may vary slightly between screens and fabric. Small irregularities in hand-finished pieces are a feature of the craft, not a defect.

Sales are final except for size replacement and verified manufacturing or shipping faults, as set out in full in our Return & Replacement Policy — that page, not this one, is the exact process and conditions that apply.
